東河著名的東河橋下，對於剛接觸SUP活動的玩家，是非常合適完美的平靜水域。 有寬廣河口可以在初下水時練習板子的操控，待穩定後緩緩往上游前進，途中會經過傳統阿美族的美麗建築（部落屋）、時代演進建築（新舊東河橋），進到河谷內又是另外一番不思議的景色，有人說這是白色帝王石，我們說這白色巨大環繞更像是屬於台東的小冰島，當然也能在這暢快游泳與享受教練獨創的SUP遊戲，不論是大人還是小朋友都適合的地點，也能夠攜帶寵物一同來感受水上活動的樂趣！

個人操作：滿 12 ~ 65 歲（無重大疾病者）
兒童共板：一家長帶一小朋友(4-11歲)同乘
狗狗同行 （僅開放一大人帶一狗狗，請預定時備註告知）
體驗時間：需提前 15 分鐘以上至集合地點
夏季 6 - 9 月： 06：00 - 08：00（上午團） 15：00 - 17：00（午後團）
冬季 10 - 5 月： 08：00 - 10：00（上午團） 14：00 - 16：00（午後團）
集合地點：東河下水點（活動前教練會與您聯繫告知詳細地標）
活動時長： 2小時
Eligibility:
Individual Participants: Ages 12 to 65 (No significant health issues)
Parent-Child Tandem: One adult accompanying one child (Child: 4-11 years old)
Dog Accompaniment (Limited to one adult with one dog, please indicate in the notes when booking)
Experience Time: Arrive at the meeting point at least 15 minutes in advance
Morning Session: Winter 08:00 - 10:00 (Summer: 6:00 - 8:00)
Afternoon Session: Winter 14:00 - 16:00 (Summer: 15:00 - 17:00)
Meeting Point: Donghe rivermouth (The coach will contact you before the activity to provide detailed landmark)

◎請學員尊重自身上課權益準時出席，不因個人遲到因素而順延時間，將準時上下課。
◎如遇天氣狀況不佳，由教練取消活動將全額退費；如欲取消活動，須於出發七日前告知即可全額退費，若於七日內始告知扣除1成手續費，當天出發後取消恕不退費
◎因活動性質不建議下列夥伴參加
- 行動不便者或輪椅使用者
- 身體狀況不佳者（例：高血壓、心藏病、氣喘、癲癇等）
- 孕婦
- 長者
- 體重超過100kg
◎Please respect your right to attend classes and arrive on time. Classes will start and end punctually, and will not be extended due to individual lateness.
◎In the event of unfavorable weather conditions leading to the coach canceling the activity, a full refund will be provided. If you wish to cancel the activity, please notify us at least seven days before departure for a full refund. If you notify us within seven days, a 10% handling fee will be deducted, and no refunds will be given for cancellations on the day of departure.
◎Due to the nature of the activity, the following individuals are not recommended to participate:
- Those with mobility issues or wheelchair users
- Individuals with health conditions (e.g., hypertension, heart disease, asthma, epilepsy, etc.)
- Pregnant women
- Seniors
- Individuals weighing over 100kg

- 請務必於 15 分鐘前抵達指定地點，為避免耽誤之後行程，逾時不候。 【Before the Activity】 Please join the official SUP DAILY Line group before the activity and provide your order number or event details.
【On the Day of the Activity】 Please make sure to arrive at the specified location 15 minutes before the activity to avoid any delays in the itinerary. We do not wait for late arrivals, and unfortunately, refunds cannot be issued.
